A little explanation: Daisuke is a huge technology nerd (ironic since he's a cyborg now), yet is too shy to go out in public when he's not hero-ing. Thus he has Miyu run his errands...and approve of his spending.
(and it got a little unclear in the sketch, but the computer's priced at $799.)

I love how his antennas are all droopy, disappointed-like. I bet it sucks to have no voice sometimes.
