Mosquito week, day 5

Like Toxin, he found Mike through the black market. After being released from prison, he still hadn't changed his ways; he simply found new outlets for his crimes.

He has a convoluted M.O. in that he scouts out for unsuspecting victims, then shoots them with a syringe of...well, something illegal. Sometimes he goes a step further and tries to cause them to have an accident, thus making the police do a drug test. Essentially, he gets people arressted for something they didn't do at all.

He uses his syringe gun for attacks, too, but mainly with things such as tranquilizers to slow his opponent down and eventually have them KO'd. It doesn't work on some people, however.

His main weakness is electricity, as his jetpack is electrically powered and could short out if disturbed.
