How about we fast-forward? After several plot events, Hurricane's built up quite the list of allies. The villains have either reformed (or trying to, in the case of Noir) or have been sent off to jail, and Mike winds up being the only one left supporting herself.
The final conflict is about to begin, but Hurricane needs a few helping hands first. He instantly thinks of a certain someone, but he has no idea how his offer will go down...
...!
On the other end of things, Painter's been taken in by Matthew, after he learns that he was actually hanging out with rather bad people. And Hurricane needs him to do a favor.

Yay team-ups abound!
ReplyDeleteI really like the first panel of the first comic. Really captures the scene well, methinks.
..... D'aww, Painter... that 2nd comic = love. Seriously, he's all "GAH WHAT DO YOU WANT I DON'T WANNA HURT PEOPLE ;;;A;;;" and then somewhere between the 2nd and third panels he realizes "... You mean I get to say hi to Noir? ... 8DDDD"
ReplyDeleteSorry, but that's just how I see it. XD
