Nancy Brunel has basically attached herself to a supercomputer, controlling a base's security systems from within. As soon as the party steps foot inside the building, it's essentially a boss battle.
Keith Sparks was a former lab assistant; now grafted with lab equipment itself. He's eerily calm and doesn't fight much on his own at the beginning, but as the battle goes on he becomes more unstable and wild.
Josephine Rutherford is one of the final battles. She's pretty much the Army's internal stabilizer, as she commanded over the rest of the bosses. She's deceptive, appearing as a friend at first, but she can alter perception with her enhancements and potentially turn the party against each other.
I really love the idea of the players pretty much fighting against a boss through the entire duration of being inside a building =D
