I get plenty into Noir's freakouts, but...what happens after she calms down?
Well, Casey doesn't talk about it much, but one day Noir comes in late and hurries off to bed (since at the time in the story Casey doesn't know how to change back except via unconsciousness or falling asleep), but Diana (a night owl) catches her.
Casey and Neph do have more control by this time though, and they form a shaky friendship.
