toxic tweak

Mainly focused on her face/body right now, ignore the boots and gauntlets. I want to redesign those but those up there are just drawn filler.

Her rebreather mainly needed the tweak. Not sure if the labcoat will stay or not (with her hair? come on, but it does look nice), and her colors might get flipped (i.e., orange hazmat suit with teal mechanics).
