Meks (home country Galvan) have a partnership with blitzers and earthen, and form an alliance based around the innovation and invention of technology. They helped create a portal system that links the world, but for some of their other inventions, they never share blueprints. Thus Galvan is disproportionately ahead of the other countries in modernity...and its citizens are stoic, collective, and cyborgize themselves.
