Yes, that's Ignus again. Everyone in the CB pantheon has a more bestial form and a more humanoid form.

As a note, I don't think they're gods in the sense that they're all powerful and all knowing. They each guard over certain things, so they know when something's wrong with their own element, but they still have to seek it out. They're more like balancers and protectors that can't be killed, perhaps put there by an even greater force.

However, they did change all the races to be in their image (hence why they look like a souped up version of the races) so they can at least do that. But I think they've laid off that for a few thousand years now.
