Volt week, day 3

Here's where it all gets interesting!

One day, after using his magic, Andre finds he can't...turn it off.  The electricity won't power down.  It's "stuck."

He panics, and searches for the answers in the book that taught him what he knows about magic theory.  He doesn't remember reading that anything like that could happen.

And he was right.  It's not recorded.  In reality, because he learned his magic when he was so young, and used it way more than he should have, he's gone beyond what anyone has ever practiced in that magic, ever.  It's true Beauregard nature, but it's nothing beneficial.

It's been years since then, and he's hardly recognizable as human.  Yet he's a recluse, hiding in his (presumably "abandoned") house all day, wondering where to go...
